In the unlikely event that your sovereign selection is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact our concierge team within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at support@dryfal.in with your order number and supporting photographs/videos. We will initiate an immediate replacement or full refund.
Once authorized, refunds are processed back to your original digital payment source. The timeline for the funds to reflect in your account is usually 5-7 business days, in accordance with standard gateway protocols.
